TERMS OF SERVICE

The short version: buy a course, learn honestly, get certified, don't share the exam. Here's the whole thing — written to be read, not skipped.
These terms are an agreement between you and CrazyAmazingDesigns (that's Nathan Robb, the person who runs ProPresenterCert.com). By creating an account or making a purchase, you're agreeing to them.

WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
When you purchase a tier, you get lifetime access to that tier's course content, plus one certification exam path — including retakes at no extra charge. Higher tiers include everything below them.
Your purchase is for you: one person, one account, non-transferable. The certificate that comes out the other end carries your name, and it only means something if the person who took the course is the person who got certified.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Three rules, all in service of keeping the credential worth earning:
- Don't share exam content. Questions, answers, practical prompts — none of it leaves the exam room.
- Don't share your account. One person per account. If a teammate wants in, they need their own seat.
- Practical submissions must be your own work. Your files, built by you, on your machine. Plagiarized or outsourced submissions void the certification without refund.
None of this is meant to be scary. It exists so that when a church sees a ProPresenterCert credential, it means the holder actually earned it.

CERTIFICATION
Pass the exam and you receive a digital certificate plus a public verification page listing your first name, credential level, and issue date. Certifications do not expire.
Certifications are revocable for cheating — shared exam content, plagiarized practicals, or someone else sitting the exam for you. A revoked certificate shows as invalid on the verification page.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All course content — lessons, videos, simulators, practice drills, and exam materials — is owned by CrazyAmazingDesigns. Your purchase is a license for personal use: learn from it, practice with it, get certified with it. Don't republish, resell, or redistribute it, and don't use it to build a competing course.

NOT AFFILIATED WITH RENEWED VISION
ProPresenter is a product of Renewed Vision, LLC. This platform is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Renewed Vision. We teach their software because churches run on it; Renewed Vision has no involvement in this platform or its certifications.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Refunds follow the policy on the Support & Refunds page — a 14-day money-back guarantee, as long as you haven't submitted the certification exam.

THE UNAVOIDABLE LEGAL BIT
The service is provided "as is." I work hard to keep everything online, accurate, and graded on time, but I can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the course fits your specific situation. To the maximum extent the law allows, total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for it.
A certification verifies skills at the time of the exam. It isn't a guarantee of employment, a volunteer role, or flawless Sundays.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If these terms change in a way that matters, you'll get an email and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — Nathan, fill this in], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
