Expect a reply within 2 business days — usually faster.

ProPresenterCert is solo-operated. There's no ticket queue, no support department, no "your call is important to us." When you email, you're emailing the person who built the platform, wrote the lessons, and grades the exams. I read every message.

Where do I start after buying?

Head to the platform dashboard and sign in with the Google account you used at checkout. Your course is right there — start at Lesson 1 and work forward. Your progress saves as you go.

I bought Builder or Director — do I get the lower tiers?

Yes. Every tier includes everything below it: Builder includes the full Operator course and exam, and Director includes both. Start wherever makes sense — most people run straight through from the bottom.

How is the exam graded?

The auto-graded parts score instantly. Short answers, practical file submissions, and the Director teaching video are personally reviewed — by a human, not a bot. Your results email typically lands within 2–3 business days of submitting.

Do certifications expire?

No. Once you're certified, your credential does not expire, and your public verification page stays live.

What if I fail?

Regroup, restudy, retake — at no extra charge. The exam pulls a fresh random selection of questions each sitting, so a retake is a genuine second attempt, not a memory test.

Which ProPresenter version do I need?

A current version of ProPresenter, on Mac or Windows. The lessons and simulators run in your browser, but the practicals require running ProPresenter on your own machine — the exam proves you can do it in the real software.

Can my church buy for a team?

Email us — team options are coming. If you've got a booth full of volunteers to certify, I'd love to hear what you need.

03 · Refund policy

14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If it's not what you needed, you have 14 days from your purchase date to get a full refund — no forms, no hoops. One condition: you can't have submitted the certification exam. Once an exam is submitted for grading, the purchase is final.

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
